This video from Dove highlights how we see ourselves is hardly reality, not only this, how often we see ourselves less than we are.  We focus on the negative – instead of the positive.  This video is a great Christian Education resource that you can use to show people how important it is to both deal with the issues of our heart, but bottom line, get a revelation of how beautiful God has created each of us.  Let’s not let our wrong perceptions inhibit what God wants to do through us.
