Genesis is certainly the book of beginnings.  As I was considering the many verses which inspire us to teach Science biblically I found this wonderful resource from Creation Ministries  http://creation.com/genesis-verse-by-verse.  They have undergone years of research.

There is such alot of great material on this site which shows Scientific evidence of the truth found in the Word.  Science is finally catching up with what God knew all along!
