A great motivational video from Eric Thomas and Les Brown on initiative. Some wonderful statements to inspire our young people to be great.  To drop the excuses, to not settle, to make sacrifices, to reach for their dreams and see themselves achieve their vision.

It does take hard work, it does take risk.  The wealthiest place in the world is the graveyard, inventions that were never made, books that were never written, and hopes and desires never activated.

This is a tool to Inspire them to take initiative, to get back up, and to make plans to see their dreams become reality.  There is no perfect day to start but instead we must take hold of today.  What you do today matters.  The biggest enemy that we have to deal with is ourselves.
